Description
Preliminary- The AOM-2521 NXP IMX95 AI-on-Module is a state-of-the-art AI-on-Module, incorporating the robust NXP i.MX95 System-on-Chip (SOC). This SOC features an impressive configuration, with up to six Arm Cortex-A55 cores, accompanied by a dedicated Cortex-M7 and M33 real-time processor, and an added Neural Network accelerator. The AOM-2521 provides extensive connectivity options, including USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen1By1, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, MIPI-CSI, PCI Express, as well as both a dual-channel LVDS and a 4-lane MIPI-DSI Display interface. These remarkable features position the AOM-23521 as an exceptional choice for a wide variety of embedded applications. The OSM connector allows for a quick SBC design with no need for a SOM connector, making faster design of AI products.
AOM-2521 NXP IMX95 AI-on-Module Nano is paired with the OSM Development carrier board for faster peripheral integration in end products and shorter time-to-market. The reference schematics and layout checklists documentation for carrier board development will be provided along with the open-sourced Linux BSP, test utilities, hardware design utilities, and reference drivers.

EMAC is a global leader in system on module and carrier board embedded systems. The System on Module (SoM) is an ideal alternative to custom engineering. With the SoM approach you get the best of aspects of both buying an Off-The-Shelf Embedded Single Board Computer (SBC) and a Custom Engineered solution. With Off-The-Shelf embedded components such as a generic carrier board and SOM module, it is possible to start development on your software applications before the custom carrier board is complete; thus offering a reduced time to market for your system. A System on Module (SoM) is comprised of a small processor module with CPU bus accessibility and standard I/O functionality. The SoM module does not have any connectorization and is designed to be plugged into a Carrier Board.
