This Industrial Temperature dual-core 800MHz SoM utilizes 32MB of Serial Data Flash, 4GB of eMMC Flash (up to 64GB optional) and has 512MB of DDR3L RAM built into the MA35D1 processor. Designed for high-end edge IIoT gateway systems, the MA35D1 series provides multiple advanced and high-speed connection interfaces, such as Gigabit Ethernet, SDIO, USB 2.0, and CAN-FD, for edge gateway, HMI and new energy applications.
