  • The SoM-iMX6M is a System on Module (SoM) based on the Freescale iMX.6 Cortex A9 Single, Dual or Quad Core processor. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this wide temperature, fanless ARM 1GHz SoM has 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet included along with 4 serial ports. It utilizes up to 4GB of eMMC Flash, up to 16MB of serial data flash, and up to 1GB of LP DDR3 RAM. A SoM is a small embedded module that contains the core of a microprocessor system.

SOM-7569 is a new, low power CPU module, equipped with the latest Intel® Atom™ E3900 & Pentium™ and Celeron™ N Series Processors single-chip processors, which are manufactured on new 14-nm process technology. SOM-7569 supports up to 8GB single channel DDR3L 1866(non-ECC)/1600(ECC) MT/s onboard memory, with higher memory bandwidth for better performance.

  • SOM-7567 is a COM-Express Mini module with Type 10 pin-out that fully complies with the PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufactures Group) COM.0 R2.1 specification. The new CPU module uses Intel 4th generation of Atom processors (Bay trail) which are based on 22nm leading-edge low-power SoC, and can provide more than twice CPU performance and five times graphic performance over previous Atom series,but with lower power consumption.

It has an eDP interface allowing closed connection between the display device and the board ensuring that it is free from any external interference.
